  • At this point the war is a stalemate. Given that, Ukraine's requirements for peace are... well they don't have the "war-score" to try for those options yet. TBH I don't think they want peace without those requirements, and Russia isn't beat enough to agree. So peace is just off the table for now. Which suggests it was never a serious offer anyway.
