Total non story. While I hate JD and think he shouldn't be allowed to spread his hate. He was suspended until they could verify it was actually him; then it was unblocked.

Yeah, I think that's accurate. I wasn't really grateful for how... I guess uneventful, my family life was growing up until I was in my mid 20s.

It's hard to get out of the brainwashing. I was Navy and honestly it was the direct exposure to what we were doing that finally got me to pull my head out of my ass and move left. When you grow up in it, and it's all you know, getting past the propaganda is tough.

Problem is that I don't know what to do with it. I have young kids, so adventure time is out of the question (though I'd be lying if the intrusive thoughts weren't there). It just feels trying, knowing there is a fight that needs to happen but not how.

It's also a lot less noticeable than it seems in your head when you pause. Taking that extra minute to edit a sentence in your head adds pauses that can also help to draw in people listening.
