  • Not the money, more that the balance of something bad/something good, and some positives at a shitty emotional time.

  • Might be the best time for it to happen. Fingers crossed for you!

  • I'm tucking into a mini Christmas pud.... for dinner. Its too hot to cook and I have some leftover.

  • It tastes pretty gross too, but irs great for killing off whatever is causing a sore throat.

  • I am, but the pay off for the kookas is the snakes!

  • We have a family of Kookas who live in the bush across the road. Their evening chatter and laughs is the best way to end a day.

  • I'm glad for you all that his stay in pall care was not prolonged, and I hope that his comfort and care were exemplary. Grief is a funny thing, and you are among friends here. ❀️

  • Try to use as little as possible, just a drop to start with and you can always add another later if you need. It's a pain in the bum to remove if you use too much.

  • Cheap super glue from coles/woolies will do. It's about $3 for a twin pack. You'll only need a drop, so line up all the little repair jobs you can find before the tube dries out.

  • They're all super glue. It'll work. If it continues to split you can get an acrylic manicure on that nail so it grows past the splitting point.

  • It's okay Baku, I wrote the wrong year this morning too... in nursing notes..... oops

  • I was just going along for the ride in all honesty. I don't do well at the dentist and just agreed to anything to stop the pain! My root canal is scheduled to start early Feb, it's my first too and I'm quietly shitting myself.

  • I've got a very ugly metal band around my temp filling. It cost me an extra $100 at the time but seeing as my dentist is away till the end of January we wanted no potential breakage. I'm now glad he did that! I'm glad you got in quickly for repairs.

  • Our old Patrol was like that. Non turbo diesel. First and second gear was okay but third was like you'd driven into a puddle of molasses.

  • It goes on either after tea if it's full, or as I go out the door to work in the morning after breakfast dishes are in. If I'm baking I'll fill and run it multiple times in a day.

  • I got some zuru flower things and one of them I cannot get to stay together either.
