Sending strength to Spud! A step forward, no matter how small, is still a step. The patches worked for me, just enough to take the edge off so smoking wasn't my only thought. It changed it to an every 5 second thought instead. 12 years free in April this year, and if I can do it, you can too.

Ikea has some good ones, most of mine are from there with some mods.

I've never had any luck, they're either 2cm long or all just tops. And yes, how many are discarded because even the odd bunch ones are pretty straight.

I just walked past them stacking the promo section of Coles with eggs.... I went there looking for a sandwich container thinking that 'back to school' would be their next promo..... but no. It's easter eggs.

I was just compliling a click and collect.... not an egg available. We have an egg farm down the road, looks like I'm headed there.

Not the money, more that the balance of something bad/something good, and some positives at a shitty emotional time.

We have a family of Kookas who live in the bush across the road. Their evening chatter and laughs is the best way to end a day.
