  • Well thats quite easy to say is it? Most professionally developed software is decades old, when standards and patterns were different. So only greenfield developed software may measure up to your ideas of good software.

And AI can only "improve" because of human created software, otherwise it would gobble itself up (Model Collapse).

  • <in heavy Australian dankpods accent>

    nano

  • But you see, that one has wires. We aren't supposed to like wires.

  • I hate how english handles those suffixes (ly, ing, able) after a vowel; do you omit the vowel, do you just plug the suffix onto the word?

  • Valueing

    Jump
  • well, users of atomic distros that can't do that and have to rely on containerized applications e.g. via flatpak (appimage, ... that other one ...)

  • If there is one guy I would entrust my board repairs (and showcasing bad things happening in the industry) with, its Louis!

  • I love the pf2e kobolds and your drawing of them is super cute!

  • Well you gotta give your VM a little more juice than just one CPU core and 4 MB of RAM :)

  • Huh I see. Thanks for enlighten me, it's still AI.

  • Yeah, but it's nice to just be able to use your windows software without needing to bootup windows, and then after you've finished reboot into linux.

  • Have you tried a virtual machine?

  • ah yes asymmetric packs, truly a hallmark of AI shit slop.

  • It only ever exists as a VM, and I boot it up rarely as it deserves this purgatory.
