  • Sometimes games (even critically acclaimed ones) just aren't your thing and that's ok. Just need to do what works for you.

I've had similar experiences with some of my favourite franchises - I think the new Final Fantasy game is terrible for example even though others love it and I've enjoyed the others from 1-15.

  • I did speed comparisons and it was just terribly slow.

Plus I hated the functionality of opening up every single new url in a new tab. That was enough for me to give up on it to be honest, so frustrating and no options to change.

Agree its privacy is debatable, but it's still better than Chrome. Can at least block all ads.

  • I tried Firefox but it was hot garbage on Android.

Ended up going with Kiwi - same extension support but just better designed and much faster. Firefox kinda sucks on mobile beyond ublock origin support.

  • Eh the problem here is that nfts are a scam. At end of day celebrities will just move on the next endorsement, pay a small fine who cares.

Nfts have scammed millions from people who can't see pay the get rich quick pyramid scheme.

  • I tried mate. You can lead a horse to water but you can't force it to drink.

I guess you're right then, if we exclude all the videos since they're not FSD related, and all the written testimonials about FSD not working because they're just written after all, then looks like FSD is indeed perfect and has no possible evidence for malfunctions. Praise be to Elon.

  • Look at the replies. I'm not going to sit and hand-pick them out for you, there's plenty on there. Plenty of people either posting videos or stating first hand evidence of issues with FSD.

Not sure where you see a strawman either. But whatever, if you aren't seeing any evidence despite the many posts and don't see how impossible a perfect record is then you won't be convinced with any evidence regardless or are just a troll.

  • You were provided evidence and disregard it and make excuses for it. It's hard to have a discussion if you just exclude all evidence for it.

Think of it another way, you're saying there's absolutely no way that FSD has ever failed in its publicly available software, even with hundreds of thousands of cars on the road? Use a logic test on yourself and ask if that's realistic.

  • Given your posts and rampant Tesla fanboyism, I honestly wouldn't be surprised if you're Elon himself just anxiously trying to save face.

Then again, Elon would just publicly sprout misinformation about it all so it probably isn't. Still, surprising that people are just so obsessed with Tesla they can't take the bad with the good.

  • Sounds like there isn't anyone able to use the 3nm technology anyhow so not sure how big of a deal it is.

I do wish they weren't tied to Apple technology but if they're ahead of the game they're ahead of the game.

  • Not just my expectations, it has a metacritic score of 87. That's good, but it's only in the top 50 games this year.

Again, I don't really care, I don't actually plan on playing it. Just saying why it's completely justifiable that reviewers downgrade the score because it's not doing anything new/has no story.

Just fyi - but I'd rate games with microtransactions as below this. I just have learnt to enjoy action games with story. Otherwise it's just another action game. If you play a hundred action games then they start all being the same unless you start doing more. Mech combat is not that exciting or new for me.

But great that you and others enjoy it.
