  • Dude you're misattributing blame here, the hateful stuff is coming from wealthy culture warriors, rich fuckers who want to force their values on us, they may sit on certain corporate boards, but it's these individuals that are driving this shit from top to bottom.

Here's a pretty good list of who the biggest donors are from both sides, from the 2021-2022 election cycle:

    https://www.opensecrets.org/elections-overview/biggest-donors

  • Oh because Tankies that horseshoe theory applies to don't exist? Plenty of those shitheads are Russian bootlickers who also support white supremacy and other conservative BS. Also as if white supremacists or Nazis or whatever won't lie on the Internet, I mean they're only widely known for their lying on the Internet and constant infiltration of places that don't want them.

You're sounding as naive as the other guy.

  • Our schools are generally purposefully underfunded and hardly anyone any Conservative with any real power gives two shits, because indoctrination is more important than education to Conservatives.

There, now that's a much more correct statement rather than that both-sides bullcrap.

  • Yet we can see plenty of bad faith arguers constantly on this site just as we see it on Reddit and every other social media platform, because it's an effective strategy to undermine topics and induce indifference, maybe you should tell all of the foreign intel agents, white supremacists, and Christian Nationalists that "this shit needs to stop".

I just don't feel like the dude I'm replying to is arguing in good faith, he was quick to try and insult and seems determined to disregard portions of my replies to them. I have no problem with articulating criticism of Biden, but to call a political play aimed at the Republicans "lying to the American people" is as disingenuous as it freaking gets, or as naive as it gets.

  • Again you definitely seem like you're sealioning, i don't get your point of being so argumentive and insulting.

I'm not Biden I can't tell you what he was thinking, but I understand sarcasm when I hear it, Biden knew if he got a border deal then he wins, and if Trump killed the border deal Biden still wins, that's politics, Biden set up a trap and Trump fell into it, and I think we can all agree that something has to be done to address the problems the Republicans themselves have created regarding citizenship and immigration, these are problems that Republicans want to keep going because they both want something to attack the Democrats on, and brown people by proxy, and something that attracts the type of voters Republicans want, the white and Christian Nationalists. Biden was willing to see what they would compromise on, meanwhile Trump doesn't care about any of it and wanted a win for himself.

So maybe try not to be so naive that you're understanding of politics is black and white, compromise happens in that gray area that you seem to be deliberately ignoring in favor of unwarranted criticism.

  • Only an idiot would take what Biden did as lying, the sarcasm was clear in his statement, maybe you're just foolishly looking for any excuse to not vote for him, maybe you secretly want Trump back.

Trumpets say the shit they say to defend Trump with no knowledge of what the topic actually is, I on the other hand heard what Biden said, how he said it, and watched the political fallout from the statement, including Teump going against his usual stance and demanding the bill be killed because it would make Biden look "good", but hey fucking thanks for trying to paint me as one of those idiots.

Let's turn this around on you, maybe you're just here to sealion the issue, because your insistence that Biden is lying sounds pretty damn Trumpy too, because it just sounds like you're hearing what you want to hear rather than understanding how the "game" of politics is often played, especially when one of those people involved is a complete buffoon (Trump) that is easily manipulated and led to desired outcomes.
