People are going to list all the features Steam has over Epic, ignoring that Steam has had 22 years to get to where it is.
And then there are people talking about how steam has had those 22 years, while completely ignoring how epic could just copy how steam did things and work from there.
Sure, they can't see what happens in the back end, but I somehow doubt that valve is doing anything ground breaking there that others can't think of.
Why don't you define it if you know it so well? I'm looking through this comment chain and the only thing you have been doing is deflecting or jumping to another topic, while asking bad faith questions.
The other guy could at least be bothered to give his definition, it might be the wrong one, but I ain't reading a counter definition.
"Listen boss, I know you wanted me to create it in a certain way, but I am not a pixel pusher alright?! I am a mirror of ideas, so I made something completely different from what you pay me for, what do you mean I'm fired?"

Not to mention that in a society based on trading goods for goods we still need to work to actually get our hands on those goods.
We could go farther back of course reaching the hunter&gatherer time period, but I somehow doubt you want to go that far.
Uh huh, so your going to grow and hunt your own nutrients then I guess? Build your own shelter?
I guess you could do all that if you had the money to buy the required land for it, but then again if you had that kind of money you didn't need a job in the first place.
You don't need to shoot them with a gun. Bow and arrows allows for more skill expression and are renewable alternatives. Not to mention that it is a great workout routine.
Pfft, in my time bricks had a very specific definition with respect to masonry work.
You damn kids with your fake definitions for real words, I swear it's because y'all are rotting your brains away with all these new mediums for acquiring news.
