    In a properly functioning government, the very fact that he even tried to access this extremely sensitive information that he has absolutely no need for to perform his supposedly official functions should be a gigantic red flag that at the very least get him investigated, leading to his dismissal and even possibly criminal charges. Especially with his obvious conflicts of interests with the CCP.
