  • Four people killed after starving Palestinians burst into UN food warehouse in Gaza

Hmm... who was killed? Oh... it was four Palestinians.

Why did they have to "burst" into a warehouse? Oh... the doors were closed and people with guns where trying to keep the Palestinians from being able to get something to eat as they are being intentionally starved by the Israeli government.

“Hordes of hungry people broke into WFP’s al-Ghafari warehouse..."

Hordes of Palestininans being intentionally starved

“Humanitarian needs have spiralled out of control after 80 days of complete blockade of all food assistance and other aid into Gaza,” the statement said. “Gaza needs an immediate scale-up of food assistance. This is the only way to reassure people that they will not starve.”

Incorrect, more food aid being sent isn't going to be able to get through the Israeli state's ability to restrict the flow for the purpses of genociding the Palestinians.

  • There different reasons for wanting privacy or advocating for for personal data privacy and implimenting strategies to support that.

If ever you are in trouble with the state or make the wrong person on the internet angry, the more you've publically shared the easier it will be for them to find something to use against you. So... you can try not to get on anybody's bad side to limit that possibility or you can do your best to compartmentalize your online activities.

It should be possible to ask for help or show vuneralbility online without telling anybody (or thing) absolutely everything about you every time.

  • From .world? Wouldn't surprise me.

Also wouldn't surprise me if engagement is affected by a user name having .world or .ml or .hexbear when posting outside those spaces. I've noticed my reaction to a post/comment being somewhat influenced by seeing what comes after the user name.

  • Find some place... as an example, hexbear's instance has c/slop... to drop a link to the offending user's comment or post and whatever happens... happens.

You've got the option of Reporting the post/comment to the moderators. Which will require you knowing the moderation rules of the community in question to take advantage of.

Short bullet point/talking point responses. Replies with things like, "This is racist/sexist/genocide denial/etc", then disengage. You don't need to get into a long drawn out comment war/debat bro situation.

Make fun of them for being a goober.

  • Ukraine legacy is on display as the Administration refuses to level with Congress and the American public about its strategy to win the war.

I guess nobody really cares to keep up the act that the USA had nothing to do with instigating this war and keeping it going all these years anymore, huh?

  • Probably going to need to search for communities that prioritize privacy and use crypto currencies to keep their transactions private instead of searching for crypto currency communities directly.

  • I think this election will show a slow realignment of Arabs and Muslims toward Republicans.

Probably going to be a line between Arabs/Muslims who feel economically secure and those who don't. The racism and Islamaphobia are pretty well entrenched to the point of being foundational in the US right and I don't think that's ever going to change.

If its not economic what actually is there to attract Muslim or Arab voters to the Republican party or American conservatism?

  • They could have hand picked the most friendly, least controversial speaker

Pretty sure I heard the speaker give their speech on some other outlet and it was pretty tame and lib. The speaker already was friendly uncontroversial.
