I’m not American so I’d appreciate if someone could explain what’s wrong (legally, not morally) in this situation? From what I understand you’re free to shoot trespassers on your property, isn’t that what the whole “muh freedom” culture about?
Unfortunately the “management” (aka spyware) software is not developed with Linux in mind. I tried pushing it in our environment, it was shut down very quickly once the spyware didn’t support it.
They have mailing lists where they announce releases. Since it’s not that common for distros like Debian I don’t mind the manual labor once in a while. I only seed 3 ISOs anyway as I don’t think the rest contribute that much anyway. (Debian, Arch and Mint)
