  • Ok, so, I was just agreeing with the person above me about what my brain saw first, given how obsessed and oversaturated my news unfortunately is.

The dumb hashtag was removed, but otherwise I certainly wasn't downplaying the tragedy.

  • Took me cost me closer to 10, and you can wait for sales.

I thought it was just a "walk around" game. Boy was I wrong. Best game I've played in a long time, constantly engaged in the entire story. Yes it's worth it.

  • I'd love to see a "artist's rendition" of what the geothermal plant would look like in front of the mountains, and from a logical wide view. This is what people say about wind turbines, and now driving by them down the highway they're more of a feature than a disfigure.

  • I replied to OP but I also need to say that I have definitely been the bully before. Very very inept coworker that after months of mentoring started to blame me for their short comings. So, after that, I stopped being so nice. There was only so much bullshit I could handle.

So at the time, it felt justified? But looking back I wish my response was to just ignore them.

  • The last time I was bullied, was by my own boss, back in 2007-2009. Truth is I didn't deal with it, and eventually they fired me. Next job basically taught me that it was possible to enjoy your boss & coworkers.

If you're going through it now, best advice is to find people to talk to. Partner at home, work friends, anyone you trust. If it's to the point of harassment, you tell management. If they blow you off, look for employment elsewhere.

  • I'm in my 40s, and honestly have never heard/thought of this as a medical issue. Yes I made jokes about shoes not being foot-shaped, but it stopped there.

I realize I only watched this one video - but this seems both so obvious AND easy to fix, that I wonder why the hell we're still essentially binding our feet.

Now I feel like I should never wear shoes again!
