  • It looks as much like a hummingbird as a cloud can look like an elephant. The viewer has already been prompted to see a hummingbird, and humans are very good at finding a pattern in something random. I can easily believe it to be real, but I'm not sold on the idea that it particularly resembles anything significant.

  • It's just a show. You should really just relax.

  • Theoretically, yes, but I suspect the manufacturing quality of SD cards is a lot lower than SSDs

  • And from memory, the number of enemies scales with the number of players. It's gets pretty hectic pretty fast.

  • There's heaps of mods for classic games to turn them into co-op, including Doom (3), half life, quake, aliens vs predator, etc.

  • Lol

"The best way to run arch is to have a second non-arch computer at all times"

I think that sums it up

  • It's probably some kids workshop assignment that he brought home to his parents.

  • Unless you are suggesting that actual election fraud took place, these guys got democratically elected.

From the outside it seems like this is what the majority of your voting public wanted, and the majority of your adult population were fine with it and chose not to vote. If it were the first time I would consider it as revealing a major flaw in your political system, but this is the second time, non consecutively, that this has happened. That just looks like this is representative of your people. Sorry.

  • "why?"

    "Just because!"

  • What percentage of your adult population vote for him? Isn't it something like 1/6th of your population?

  • Came here to say something similar.

A Stargate spin-off with a premise that leans away from Earth being so extremely overpowered like they were by the end of the show. Focus on feet-on-the-ground missions and exploration. Less space battles (but not none), more mysterious alien worlds.

  • I doubt car manufacturers offer the ability to jailbreak their car OS to independent repair shops.

You're looking for a hacker, not a dude who changes oil.

  • I doubt there would be any auto shops that can reliably deal with software side elements that aren't the dealership, and the dealership would refuse.

  • This is framed like 80 generations is a small number, but that's huge. Culture and civilization moves so quickly that even 3 generations ago life is barely recognisable. I can't even imagine what life was like 40 generations ago.

  • From the stories I've heard, the husband and wife directors ran a terrible production with daily rewrites and an extremely unhappy cast and production team. I don't think studio meddling was the major factor there.
