  • It's a hell of a thing to realize the one time women have the rights they should have is when they are expressly considered "the merchandise".

  • I think I've seen this sign before.. If I'm not mistaken it's basically in every single strip club.

  • And then hilariously I happen across this article today about a free unreal 5 version of fable some fan has made. From the looks it seems like a prettying up of the original, but might not have changed much if anything about the gameplay.

  • After spending a bit of time back on the original, I can say that the camera controls are just naturally janky, though it is significantly worse on the anniversary edition and it might be due to something as simple as the increased aspect ratio.

  • There was some random video on YouTube about the original fable and I had the urge to play it again. At some point had received the anniversary edition on steam so I loaded it up. 30 minutes and a bit of motion sickness later I uninstalled it and went hunting for my actual original disk. Found it, installed it, and the options and controls are so much better... It's amazing that they ported the Xbox version for the anniversary edition and didn't bother to include things like mouse sensitivity, smoothing, acceleration, or really any pc specific options.

The main issue is that the camera seems to be connected to more than just character location, it seems to also be connected to orientation of some part of the character, like the hip. Combat is jittery as all hell, movement isn't pleasant, and everything else hardly matters.... I will be playing the original.

  • D-pad for precision, analog for thereabouts.

Or in monster hunter, d-pad for camera with index finger, analog for movement with thumb, embrace claw until everything cramps.

  • If this isn't an SCP, it definitely should be. That being said I've never experienced this and I spent an awful lot of time wandering in the wildernesses in Monterey.

  • They didn't want to deal with the bees.

  • This was true for me in my younger years especially, I ran on about a 32 hour cycle. As I've gotten used to my weekday work routine I'm much closer to a 28ish hour routine now.

  • might've had an acquaintance who was interested in them so they wanted to double check size.

  • I wonder if all Nintendo content was removed from the internet if they'd be able to survive on word of mouth and advertisements alone?

  • I would hope that most people who have seen much of anything about industrial ranching would have a hard time not showing a bit of empathy.

Some descriptions of hell aren't as upsetting as seeing how those animals are kept and handled.

  • I had seen it noted on the tracker itself.. but it also doesn't seem very unique or useful overall.

  • This topic actually prompted me to google the answer to the one thing I had been looking for only to find that the answer is completely obtuse and kind of misleading, which is why I wasn't able to find it on my own.

  • While the set is decent are you happy with 4 separate set symbols in one release? How do you feel about play boxes being worse than set boxes but more expensive?

And those powers keep on creepin. They are finally scaling it back a bit, but there's a reason the only cards that aren't on the reserve list (or three kingdoms) above $30 were released in the past two years.

  • Every time I install gimp in an attempt to switch over, I find myself frustrated that the tools I commonly use on other programs are not either available by default or unintuitive enough that 20 minutes of looking through tools, tabs, and menus has not provided the results I went looking for.

I try every few years, or every major update, whichever happens first.

  • I've said it many times, but the channels I speak through are small, so from the top!

If you put your artwork online in any public location, make sure your signature or even a QR code is obnoxiously large and centered on the image. Humans can still see and enjoy what you've made, AI won't be able to discern anything, and if it happens to get ripped by one of those Chinese T-shirt bots, at least anyone who buys will know who the original artist is.

  • Considering it was asked to copy the previous text, it could easily be something the creator of this screen cap had written and the chat or literally just copied. A 'repeat after me' into a gotcha.

Nevermind. Enough other screenshot have shown the exact same text in realistic looking prompts that I suppose this is legit... Sadly.

  • I'm pretty happy with Coskii, but I mean..

  • I have no problems with the message.

I'm a carpenter by trade and a tinkerer on the side. I have an older flat-screen TV waiting for me to get some time as the back light has burned out. I will completely disassemble it, test the leds, find the busted one(s) and bridge the connections so it can be backlit, just a bit dimmer.

I know how to because I've already done this once. I've had that particular LCD for over a decade at this point and I'm not going to just toss it when the issue is fairly simple to bypass.
