This administration has the moral integrity and intelligence of the average reality TV series. Just a bunch of intellectually stunted teenagers.

There are quite a few dryland crops. The rice usually used for Risotto, in this case Arborio, is not one of them.

I'm pretty sure that even if you grew Arborio as a dryland that you couldn't sell it as Arborio because of DOP. Which would change its flavor, probably its starch balance, and decrease its price.

Focus is the end goal in the classroom, otherwise why bother going? They are not prohibited from using smartphones in their life, only in class.

Honestly what 'software restrictions'? You were a kid, I was too, most of us were. What's the first thing you do when you're told you can't do something? You find a way around it.
