  • Our fluffy one always begs for brocolli.

We give him a peace, he carries it around everywhere he goes for 20 minutes. He protects the brocolli, picking fights if anyone else goes near his baby.

  • Our fluffy cat now considers the act of cutting anything is a sign that there's food.

So he meows loudly, and the next moment, everyone's gathered in the kitchen begging for tomatoes, bananas, and other vegetables. When we hold it in front of them, they would all take one sniff and walk away.

  • My wife really knows some really simple recipes that are delicious.

A few days ago she prepared some chopped up tomatoes, shallots, seasoned with a bit of salt. Loved it.

Last week when I asked her what she wanted for breakfast, she responded with rice and bacon, nothing else. Also loved it.

  • TIL that cats do have their own language.

When our fluffy vocal one is being chatty, yells at the door begging to go outside, or is being excited to see me come home, the others sometimes come around to investigate then carry on sleeping

If he's the first one that sees vegetables or raw meat in my hands, he would beg for it, this time the other two would drop what they're doing and join him begging, even if I immediately hide said food before the other two could see it.

  • In addition to the invoice suggested by Thornburywitch:

    • add a priority service fee equal to 150% of your daily pay, or $500 before tax (whichever is larger), for each day off you need to take.
    • add a priority delivery fee of $1.80 for each km you need to travel, including the flights. If no flights required, then charge $3.00 per km.
    • add a 20% (of item cost) item provisioning fee for each item you need to procure.
    • add a stress compensation fee of 50% on top of all that, including Thornburywitch's line items.
    • finally, put another 45% on top to give directly to the ATO.

As for the wedding itself, they probably also need to provision a few cows, pigs, and chickens to the parents, and some other gifts dedicated for the bride.

  • And to make matters even better, they don’t answer their DAMN phone. Apparently this isn’t an immediate danger, according to the lead tenant

    Until it's on fire.

What is this "organization", like the agent or what?

  • The four motorcycle round trips today was unpleasant, could barely stay upright and it was freezing. Thankfully they were only 5km round trips on 40kmh roads.

One more tonight. Hopefully wind is calm by tonight, am only going to book a car for the trip if it is raining or is forecast to rain.

  • All good no worries.

Will see how far I get with negotiating a price with the dealer then. I'm pushing to get the hybrid sedan to the fuel economy (close to 1000km per 43L tank, and the sedan's economy is better than the hatch)
