  • True but It will become a bigger deal every passing day that is the problem.

    I also wonder if search engine's will delist results after a period of time. If the site is blocking them. After all you don't want your top results to just be 404s all of the time.

  • Sure you can criticize as much as you want but if you are wrong in your criticism it just damages all of your criticism over all.

    In my opinion it is important to state facts not fiction. This was not Microsoft's fault, no matter how much you hate Microsoft it still wasn't there fault and saying that is was is incorrect and doesn't solve the issue.

    For example I think the old leafs use the 3G data connection. Now that the 3G system has been retired no more data collecting!!

  • I think it is more about the power required to run the lock motor.

    I have several z-wave door locks as well. They all need battery replacement within a few months. Unless I don't open/close them very often. They can go much longer.

    But it really isn't to big of a deal. Home Assistant tells me when they are getting low and I just swap the batteries in a few minutes.
