How the fuck? A private company closed an account on their own server, within full compliance of their own terms and regulations, and somehow he can sue and profit from it?
Maybe we could hook a bunch of cars together, especially if they're going the same direction anyway, even put some kind of tugging device at the front of the line of cars so they could save gas on the way to wherever they're going, but I'm pretty sure this doesn't exist yet...
This happened to me in 2017 in Mario Odyssey purchased from Walmart, just a single piece of plastic inside of a properly shrink-wrapped case. The return counter said he had seen it many times before already. How has Nintendo not cracked down on their manufacturers allowing this for almost 8 years?
Edit: It would take nothing more than a window in the front case paper to show the game chip inside, not exactly rocket surgery.
