YUNZII Typewriter Keyboard
Outemu Silent Peach Switches v2 (v3 is available, idk the difference)
Keycaps I got are sold out, but it's just generic ones with no branding or design, just black and tan.
Yunzii is a brand I've seen in other sites outside Temu, so I was decently confident in it being alright. I wanted quiet switches because I work in an office (obviously lol) and I didn't want to make extra noise. These are very quiet switches, barely louder than the AC air blowing. Keyboard itself is decent enough for just a cheap chassis, but I also like the 108 keyboards and not the small ones (daddy needs his numpad).
I got a keyboard, keycaps, and some switches for a work keyboard. I wanted something cheap cause it is just supposed to get me off a shitty ergo one they provide. Spent maybe $40 and it's pretty decent. I got quiet switches, connectibility is good. No complaints. But I got it solely for this purpose, I haven't been back on it again, and I researched what I was wanting to get, so nothing was surprising.
It worked well for it's intended purpose, but they bombard you with sales and stuff to get you to spend more. It's definitely a trap system
Unlikely to care, realistically. I play multiplayer games with friends; I cannot think of the last time I wanted to play Gears of War 2, or Forza Motorsport 3, or any number of other games I've played with friends in the past that I own copies of.
I get the sentiment behind this, and I do think there should be a backend set up for private lobbies through P2P connection for when the inevitable occurs. But on the scale of things I'm worried about daily, weekly, monthly, or yearly, this doesn't register at all.
This is actually how Amateur Motocross in the US works. It's really only for the upper echelon, sponsored riders on pro-affiliated teams as basically a development rider. But you sign a thing saying anyone can purchase the bike for 2x MSRP, so there is less incentive to dump money into an amateur bike and helps keep them closer to what a normal person can afford. Someone can feasibly get a $45k bike for under $20k. It's a nice system, you can spend yourself into oblivion if you like, but someone can take you to the cleaners in that investment later.
French brands are like the backwoods cousin to Ferrari. It's like the same issue but with a specific zing that you don't get with the more refined Ferrari buffonary.
There were three characters. Ed, Edd, and Eddy in the show. Edd (Double D) was the smart one, Ed was the comedic dumb character. Never heard him called Single-D before, but it's a funny way to call someone's behavior stupid or I guess simple lol
Yeah performance is my absolute biggest issue rn. I'm getting like...70-80fps on med on a 2080ti. Other than that, I'm very happy with it, although I'm only about 4 hours in
Think weekend before last? My memory is shit lol. I watch F1, IMSA/WEC when I remember, and then mainly Supercross/Motocross over all else. Also really into CFB and CBB being in a college town, and then NHL/NFL when my teams aren't complete ass, which they both are rn so. Lol so my weekends usually get slammed with stuff, but this is a pretty lax time over Fall. Just racing currently.
I think theirs is more BOP more so than power restrictions. It's built into the racing for it to be good, but I've really been enjoying WEC and IMSA lately.
Wish this stuff wasn't clickbaited. What rule change?
It was reported over the Saudi weekend that talks are set to take place during the meeting of the F1 Commission next week which could see power in races capped at 200kw, but Mercedes boss Wolff is not a fan of the proposal.
