  • Tardigrade, I'd have extreme resistance to basically all climates and can be dried up and rehydrated back to life effectively allowing me to "travel" through time by waiting in death...so my shows are all finished lol.

I'd also make a great astronaut

    Edit: words

  • I do play couch co-op, though some games are multiplayer some are single player and we hand it off or just experience it together.

Some of the games are: Mario party, Mario kart double dash (truly random items mod), Project Melee, Paper Mario thousand year door (amazing game), Kirby and the amazing mirror, and then a lot of one-offs mostly just trying out the random games.

  • Not sure if you're looking for a legitimate answer or not but I can provide my take: to me, looking at that standard, I cannot make heads or tales of the pronunciation at a glance. Learning a whole new set of symbols and standards is simply more effort and less efficient in the long run when considering the amount of necessity actually required. I.E. it is not an incredibly common everyday issue. It can also be meaningfully resolved with something more linguistically universal (the known and taught alphabet), so the time spent, the effort expended, does not pay dividends and ultimately the half measure typically works near equivocally.

I am aware of Ghoti (fish) and Ptoughneigh (Tony) but really, those a more fun experimental ways to twist pronunciations and examples given generally sick to things people would know and understand the way to pronounce, and if not, could also be easily fixed. Even so many would not even second guess because the importance is usually of such low value that it can be wrong until corrected, further diminishing the value of learning a more rare and nonstandard (for general communication) standard.

Different dialects do tend to have slights to the pronunciation but again, it just feels like such a non-issue.

That's simply my layman take as to why I wouldn't learn it. I can't speak for anyone else

  • I do both lathing and milling! The past few jobs I did were water spindles for fire departments, a few small electronic pieces for some local science department. I did firearms, mostly pistol barrels but also rifle barrels, pistol slides, gas blocks, and baffles. Currently I and doing airplane engine bits! Very fun, very regulated lol

  • Don't really ever feel like an adult, but I do sometimes think people are being very childish. I mostly feel as though I have the ability for more freedoms and choices, but at the same time I can't actually do them. Whether it be because of time, money, both, etc.

  • Coyotes aren't super big and alone are pretty timid and rarely approach things bigger than it (like an adult human). Though when starving or other certain conditions drive them to approach larger animals or big open space (I.E. in a pack, or rabies), be mightily wairy.

(This is anecdotal experience only, please take it and reference it as such only)

  • I've a lot of "have-to-dos" in my life right now and it won't seem to end for another couple months. I'm overly stressed. Worse, it's mostly paperwork stuff which my executive function is waging an immense war on

  • There's an old game called "total annihilation", amazing game, I've played for probably a couple hundred hours over the years. It's file size is pretty small too though I can't remember off the top of my head.

It's an RTS, there is a more modern version (free I believe) with better QOL and graphics called "Beyond All Reason" though it's much larger

  • For most things I usually just wait with the original price in mind until a sale comes along. I don't need most stuff with any haste. For events, hotels, and the like I'll do a quick coupon search on the internet but it usually doesn't exceed 5 minutes.

Otherwise I'll just buy at full price.
