  • I am against landlords like everyone else, but I draw the line at unclogging the toilet. It isn't worth the effort to report that and I don't need people unnecessarily seeing my shit in the literal sense. Provided that it is a standard clog and not something wrong with the toilet.

  • Made us believe you died once, shame on you.

Made us believe you died twice, shame on me.

I have a feeling there might be a bit more thorough of a check this time. You can't really fake your death more than once and people not get suspicious if it happens again.

  • The same way game developers miss game breaking bugs when you do bizarre things to achieve them. It happens because who the fuck would ever think of that until some crazy person goes and does it?

Like jumping between parallel universes in super Mario 64. It is so unexpected you don't plan for it. If even if they did, why would any prison bound candidate have any chance of winning under any normal circumstances?

  • Clearly the kid was upset, but you are avoiding the important part about what Linus could have done to make it not happen. Is there anything at all he could have done to prevent it that he didn't already try? I am open to hearing what you have to say in that regard as we can learn something from it.

Throwing insults doesn't really help prove your point.

  • Let's not move the goal posts here. You said "would you stand and watch" he did not stand and watch. He did say something and told them to stop. What else can he do? Hunt them down personally and make them apologize? It is very unfortunate what happened, but Linus is not to blame here.

What would you have preferred he done instead that he didn't already?

  • As horrible as that was, that is not LTT's fault. Linus even let the kid keep it after being moved by the kid. The fan base apparently had other ideas. It is scary what a bunch of angry internet people can do.

  • Well it is not necessarily always a positive experience. There have been instances where it scared them so bad that they changed they way they lived. Like they believe they had been sent to hell.
