It's not open source but it's free and the amount of customization beats any other app I've tried. For the scrolling to work to my liking I needed to dick around in the settings a bit to get it exactly to my liking, but the fact that I needed to do so is only due to the number of options available.
There are options for network libraries, but with the size of ebooks being what they are, I've not messed around with this yet.

Lutris and steam's proton (with protontricks if needed) have worked for me quite well so far. Biggest possible issue is with the different dependencies that games might have (I'm looking at you .NET)
I'm not a native English speaker, current country is non-English as well (ahora es español) . My comments have always been in English.
I review and deal with a lot of code from different countries, and it's always annoying if I have to throw the comments through a translator, if I think I'm not understanding the comment well enough.
