  • That just makes the asset more expensive and would likely get passed onto the renter. There's got to be something done to curb their purchases. Making it more expensive on the backend won't change them paying cash up front to outbid a regular family.

  • Look at them including perfect dark in the list as if they'd have the balls to make another sequel after they botched the last one after essentially using it as a launch exclusive title for the 360... such a shame. Perfect dark 64 was a masterpiece.

  • I'd argue many democrats don't support progressive policies. I'd argue many of them are where they are from straight ticket voting. If dems could actually move the needle on policy impacting the general population noticeably, far right repubs wouldn't stand a chance. Instead you have a huge percentage of the population refusing to even participate in elections because they think it's a waste of time. Voting for any and every dem just cause they're a dem sends the message their current policies and performance has been acceptable.

  • I'd argue the food and snacks is part of the experience. Sitting in a dark room for 2-3 hours with no food or drink after paying 30 dollars just to get in makes no sense to me. Then again paying that much for a 1 time viewing of a movie doesn't make sense to me. Maybe I just value money differently.

  • A regular theater you're looking at 30 for two tickets + what, another 20-30 for drinks and popcorn. Candy will push you over 70. An average persons full day of pay after tax. 100 is a stretch in that instance. Take into account the closest 3 theaters to me are all nicer theaters with real food drinks and wait staff, it's impossible to come out of there for under 100
