  • Oh there’s plenty. You’d be surprised how much old people can get and how quickly they can get it again after paying you to clean it off for them. I’ve seen macbooks with 10s of thousands of infections. Malwarebytes is great though.

  • McD breakfast is the fastest way I’ve found to get calories on the way to work as I’ve started trying to gain weight recently. I gained 30lbs over the last 6 months just by adding 2 breakfast sandwiches and a short 15m daily workout to my routine. 1100 calories is a lot when you usually eat 0 until after work.

  • Partially, probably even mostly. The connection though is through the busses of asylum seekers being sent there. It’s starting to cause problems for those in those localities. Colorado just defunded multiple community services in order to finance the continuing arrival of asylum seekers. This was the point, to scratch the liberals, because when you do, a fascist bleeds.

  • Dangerously close to “yet you exist in society.. I am very smart.”

It would be better to just go along with them when they are incidentally correct like that instance, but push towards the logical endpoint of that thought train.

Agree with them, like, “yeah, mining lithium is fucking horrible, and it is literally impossible currently without coerced labor somewhere in the supply chain. Let’s empower the regulatory bodies in countries where lithium is mined to prevent negative externalities that currently exist only because it is more profitable.”

Or “yeah it’s fucking ridiculous how much swift uses that jet. Musk too, and Bezos too. These fucks could never ride in a jet the rest of their lives and we could take flights to vacation multiple times a year for the rest of our lives and we still wouldn’t even be responsible for 1% of their emissions output. Let’s ban private jets and make these fucks ride commuter with the rest of us.”

    1. Hamas affirms that its conflict is with the Zionist project not with the Jews because of their religion. Hamas does not wage a struggle against the Jews because they are Jewish but wages a struggle against the Zionists who occupy Palestine. Yet, it is the Zionists who constantly identify Judaism and the Jews with their own colonial project and illegal entity.
  • I feel the opposite. Cheap tools often are missing many of the QOL features that make learning a new tool enjoyable. Pick up an old 80s style hollow tip soldering iron to learn and you’re just going to think soldering is difficult. Pick up a modern self contained heating element iron, and you’ll spend a lot less time wondering, “am I doing this wrong, why isn’t it melting?”

Similarly, if you intend to use a 3d printer as a tool, you’re not going to want to spend the requisite dozens of hours of tuning and part swapping to get a solid running Ender 3. Buy a decent tool and spend your time learning how to use it, buy a cheap tool and spend your time learning to work around it.

  • I don’t expect perfection, but maybe bypassing our democratic processes in order to provide hundreds of millions of dollars worth of weapons to the people perpetrating the genocide wasn’t the best look if he’s going for “I’m in a tough situation, I have to balance our strategic allies”.

  • Mother fucking RONALD FUCKING REAGAN did more to reign in Israel than Biden has. He absolutely supports it, or he would have done more. Sending them weapons while saying, “be careful” isn’t using any pull to try to stop it. The Israelis are going on tv and saying Biden is dumb and they’re using him, and he still fucking sends them weapons.

  • Yep. I flew on a Max right before they were grounded the first time after all those people died, and had just begun to trust them again when this all happened. I changed my upcoming flight to Airbus even though it was more expensive because they were going to use a Max. As an extra, I ended up on the largest passenger jet in service, which is pretty cool.
