  • Then 47 will have to intentionally roll it back, and thats really not a good look. He is already operating on the slimmest majority, bad calls are not something he can afford many of. Its really a good political check (in a Chess sense) from Biden. With conservative media calling for 47 to not help, he is sorta damned if he does and damned if he dosent.

Or he will make up some new distraction like how were going to take ohio back from the yogurt or something crazy.

  • Thats cool, uncle joe has it covered. Link

The only other time FEMA and the federal government have done this was 9/11. Not even hurricane katrina or super-storm sandy got 100% federal relief funding (This policy was enacted in 2021 Link). The truely shameful part of this is that the GOP and 47 can not be trusted to not withhold relief funding because LA didnt vote for him. And if you think there isn't precident for this, Nixon did the exact same thing when he closed the Boston naval yard in the 1970s. Link

  • Its so that 47 cant walk it back and hold the state hostage by witholding relief funds... Again.

  • Atleast it didnt get wedged in the heat sink... Thats what happeneed to my last blob, had to replace the entire hot end.

  • I will be invoking Occam and Hanlon's razors on this incident.

1). The simplist answer is usually the correct one.

2). Never attribute to malice what can accuratly be explained by stupidity and incompitence.

Based on the entities who would like the narrative to be anything other than an accident, im not inclined to believe any reports unless they can validate their findings and prove they dont have interests that align with musk or 47, until such a time I believe it was not intentional, likely a manufacturers defect (which are common for that vehicle anyway).

  • DRG is a fantastic place to start with moving from a controller to mouse/keyboard.

I would personally T-up some classics like portal and Half-life 2 for solo "history lessons" after that. Only then would I make some harder recomendations like long RPGs, MOBAs, 4X, and would shy away from MMOs unless you have an organized group to introduce them to.

  • I chuckled that the window in this meme was stained glass, instead of the highrise like it usually is.

  • In the Netflix show "Love, Death, and Robots" there is an episode where a lab makes a sentient hivemind microbe colony and it lives in a bowl of yogurt.

The US ends up exchanging the entirety of Ohio for a plan on how to solve most economic and societal problems. The US dosent listen to it and shit gets worse, the yogurt then builds a starfleet and fucks off.

The show itself is a bunch of sci-fi short films all done by different studios, "Zima Blue" is fantastic and my favorite is "Night of the mini-dead".

  • Staff... You put flags on staffs, masts are on ships...

Ahh... There is literally a city called Flagstaff...

  • Note for Obsidian, there is a git plugin that can auto-push/pull from a repo. I put my repo on a server and have multiple devices use it as a sync feature (there is also a VPN to my home network involved). Not sure how well it works on the android app (its pure lazyness as to why I haven't tried that yet...)

  • And its not like airliners need to do a whole lot of work routing aircraft around them. Just use the old routes from when the Soviets were kicking and you should mostly be right. China has made a bit more rules since then, but I think they are really the only other major country with weird restrictive airspace.

  • [nsert "Oh you" meme here]

  • Never inturupt your enemy when they are making a mistake.

  • I hate you... So much, take your internet upvotes and leave...

  • Skulls make for very poor goblets... Unless you have a mortal enemy without eyes.

  • A joke:

Its the winter war and a Soviet transport convoy is slowly trudging through Finnish wilderness, and the Soviet commanding officer hears a voice from the woods.

"Hey... I bet one Finnish soldier can beat one Soviet soldier"

The commander confused at the direction the voice is coming from sends a guy into the forest to check it out (Insert the sounds of gunshots and fighting before silence returns).

    The voice comes back

"Hey... I bet one Finnish soldier can beat ten Soviet soldiers"

The commander, now irritated, sends a large squad of soldiers to deal with the voice (Insert the sounds of gunshots and fighting before silence returns again).

The voice comes back a third time.

"Hey... I bet one Finnish soldier can beat one hundred Soviet soldiers!"

This time the Soviet commander is entirely done with this shit and tells every soldier in the convoy to get out of their transports and hunt down the voice. The sounds of pitch battle begin again, but after a while one of the Soviet soldiers runs back to the commander shouting "No! Its a trap! There is two of them!".

  • The fuck are yall on about... food from anywhere else is the best. I would go to events in Iceland regurally enough and it takes me a week or so after getting back to stop noticing that everything state side tastes like plastic.

  • A lot of them are domino effects, like getting rid of the department of education would eliminate school lunch programs. A little critical thinking goes a long way.

The only one we can believe he wont follow through on is the divorce item, because he is on his... 2nd... 3rd, I dont even keep track anymore...

  • In the movie "Catch Me If You Can", the french police officer that arrests Leonardo DiCaprio who is playing a young Frank Abagnale Jr. Is Frank Abagnale Jr.
