Iemand zal dan aan de verzekeraar moeten bewijzen dat hij dat inkomen ook had om het te krijgen, maar daar zal de rechterlijke uitspraak over gaan. Iemand die zijn zwarte inkomen aannemelijk heeft gemaakt en het vergoed wil krijgen. De rechter ging hier blijkbaar in mee.

Dat is het hele punt. Zwart inkomen dat opgegeven wordt door de verzekerde moet vergoed worden.

De fiscus wil inzien wie er zwart inkomen opgeeft, want die zeggen op hun beurt als jij dat vergoed wil hebben dan willen wij voor de afgelopen 5 jaar aan inkomen even een naheffing met boete sturen.

Beide standpunten zijn redelijk denk ik.
