But, unless you have received medical care at a VA, I don't think you would have the experience needed ro understand my sentiment. I'm not exaggerating. When I go to the ER now, I make sure to have a friend with me so that I have a witness. I have a childhood friend that is an ER doctor take me.
The last time I broke a bone and went to the ER, they gave me a splint and referred me to ortho because it was complicated. It took 2 months to get seen. I had a broken wrist for 2 months before I saw ortho for it, and the only reason I got seen that "early" was because I started complaining to the patient advocate about it.
i agree with you. i usually wait til the next day to go to the er when i break a bone. theyre usually mean to me, so i gotta get mentally ready to go there.
When I was in the military, there was a dude that was disgusting. He rarely showered to the point that he had to be ordered to shower. One time, his roommates got so frustrated with him, they took the shower head off, shoved a few bullion cubes in there, and forced him to shower. The dude couldn't figure out why he smelled like chicken soup.

Yeah, and he did it to himself. He had a successful casino going in wherever (I think Atlantic City). Since it was doing well, he thought that maybe he should open another one nearby. One casino lots of money means two casinos lots of money times two. The dip shit didn't bother to run or listen to market research. Once he opened the second casino, they learned that the market was already saturated with casinos. A second casino doesn't make more gamblers. Instead, he split the customers because his new casino was competing for customers from the first one. Both started to fail, so he had to close one. The business genius tanked his own business that was running successfully until then. Had he put a reasonable limit to his grandiosity, he would have been fine.

While you are thinking that you're having a conversation sharing ideas, they're observing you up and down to measure your strengths, weaknesses, social power, and threat to their social power. They listen intently to create a character they will present to you so that you enmesh with them. They run little secret experiments to learn how you react to things. Once they've figured you out, you're going to have a bad time. The sad thing is that underlying all this, is that they feel deeply insecure. They confuse envy for love. The more of an asshole a malignant narcissist is, the more they're telling the world they're insecure because the more they want people to envy them, which means the more they need love in their delusional world. Trump is extraordinarily insecure.
