What have been the games whose writing really got into you?

Jump

  • Been replaying FFXII, and now I notice it is extremely rich in plot and worldbuilding, including a lot of non-verbal details.

    • With cheat/game codes mostly gone, what do people use instead for their single-player games (that don't involve microtransactions)?

  • Game Conqueror on Linux, Cheat Engine on Windows, and save states on Virtualbox and emulators.
