Porn, anime, sports, a bunch of video games I don't play, and some spammy or obnoxious communities too. Oh, and foreign languages I don't speak (until we get built-in translation)
Tangentially that libreddit site you linked, it's a reddit mirror, right? First I'm seeing it but that color scheme and font is very 1997 in a good way.
I've got an FM transmitter I use to listen to music in the car and it connects with a headphone jack so I still buy phones that have it. I also am fond of the physical home button so that limits my choices further. Luckily inexpensive late model Samsungs are easy enough to come by, I don't game on my phone so processing power isn't a concern.
I was able to find this clip on YouTube of the bills' sponsors talking about it on CNBC from before it passed the House. Otherwise practically no broadcast about this.
Maybe they keep it quiet to prevent too much industry push-back? Even that doesn't really make sense, industry is definitely aware of what this bill would mean.
Maybe they plan on letting it die in committee and are keeping it quiet to prevent consumer awareness of the bill's existence - it would certainly be a very popular piece of legislation if it was more widely known.
Glowing blue or white is still safe though, right?
