  • Time to consider kicking the US out of the UN. They never respect it when a ruling goes against them anyway, so let's just drop the charade that they are members in good faith. (A few other nations need the same treatment, for sure.)

  • Mea culpa. It appears this may indeed be fake. My apologies. I have edited my comment to highlight so. :(

  • So how does this work? Can they come to her home state and take her into custody?

  • I hope we keep the clearly-marked signs up regardless of the 30-day reprieve announced today.

We cannot just go back to the way things were.

  • He still destroyed our trust of our neighbour to the South. A lot of Canadians are still going to keep that list of brands to avoid in their hands when going shopping, myself included.

  • There are multiple PDF copies on archive.org as well, which are somewhat more readable.

  • Fuck it, I'm still avoiding US products for this BS. Sorry to those it will hurt, but there need to be consequences.

  • No, he's the one who has an irrational hate for bicycles and is crusading to shut down all bike lanes in Toronto.

..but in this cause at least, he's doing something right. Still should be thrown out of office, and now's the chance since he's calling an election hoping to ride on jingo-ism -- hope he gets his clock cleaned.

  • ..a few years ago two hens from our neighbour across the road decided to visit us daily for about a month.. one of them even decided our garden beside the kitchen window was a great place to lay her eggs. They both loved eating the slugs in the yard too. Double-win :)

  • Xerox?! In my day we only had those faded-ass mimeographs, stinky sheets of blurry purple letters :P

...and we learned phonics in Canada in the late 70s.

  • Does Canada have any ability to limit power from hydro sources to the US, if we provide such?

We need to go hard against a bully, make it more painful than they expect, in order to force re-negotiations.
