He's a dumbass. There's actually no rhyme or reason why he chose that specific number.

When reality doesn't match their expectations these people just reinvent reality. a) Is he completely insane, b) is he in total denial, or c) is he a desperate gaslighter? That's the million dollar question. But those are the three types of republicans.

Is it actually intelligent though? No. It's a choose your own adventure being written with random quotes that it guesses are correct through context, but it often gets the context wrong.
