Wait till they find out photographers spend their whole careers trying to emulate the style of previous generations. Or that Adobe has been implementing AI-driven content creation into Photoshop and Lightroom for years now, and we've been pretending we don't notice because it makes our jobs easier.
They aren't making more ad revenue off of his channel, because demonetized channels do not display ads via Google. It doesn't mean shit if he's innocent. The court of public opinion is the only court that matters to marketing departments, and he's hot enough right now that no corporation is going to want to be associated with him.
Demonetize means they don't show ads on his channel at all. So they aren't making money off of him.
And it's a smart move by them, because whether or not he's guilty, no corporation is gonna be happy if Google displays their ads on his content right now. The court of public opinion is the only court that matters to marketing departments.
First of all, punishing devs you don't like is a slippery slope that opens a lot of people to abuse they don't deserve. You're pretty much gonna have to switch browsers. There are other options, but they don't work as well as uBlock Origin. The best alternative to that is a VPN that blocks ads, like Proton. But they aren't as good at blocking. They will, however, remove most ads, and from other apps as well.
As somebody who has been medicated for ADHD his whole life, this dude has no right to be getting offended for all of us. Most of us aren't uptight assholes, and we appreciate a good ADHD joke more than anyone else.
Probably not without bricking your car. I doubt they are gonna tell you how to disable the telemetry, and with how connected the systems are these days, if you break something the whole thing stops working.
