  • I’ll give Apple another thing

I was on Android for years. Galaxies and Pixels. Around the 2 year mark they were always barely working and with a battery that needed to be topped off several times a day. Slow, hot, poor battery, glitchy. Always

I got a 12 pro at release and it’s rock solid as the day I got it and I have no intentions of upgrading it. I’ve used it since launch with no case and yeah it’s for a few scratches here and there but despite all the drops etc it has no cracks either. It’s a tank. A tank that just keeps fucking working as it should.

  • Me and my boys have been using discord for years now to chat while we game and maybe stream what we’re doing just to each other.

Discord has added features and shit I suppose but I haven’t changed how I use it at all since I first started.

  • They could be accessing virtual workspaces using a company VPN client. Or perhaps logging into a Citrix Receiver Workspace. Could probably access a VDI environment as well. 2FA with a work cell etc

Lots of ways for personal devices to be used in the work setting. Would I recommend it or do it myself? Nah. But it can be done.

  • PWA- progressive web app

An app that is actually just a webpage that behaves like an app and runs through safari. A TestFlight app is a full regular iOS app but in beta so you install it from the TestFlight app like a different App Store.

Think when a new call of duty or other video game releases early in beta access. Same idea with TestFlight. Memmy is in TestFlight (I’m using it rn) but is being submitted for normal App Store release now.
