  • I prefer to speak down to my dirty utensils until they smarten up and start taking care of themselves.

  • Why would you put that much unnecessary work into it. Just soak it in bleach and hot water for an hour and rinse it out after.

  • I Wikipedia'ed it cuz malt by its self can't taste like chocolate.

Standard Milo consists of four main ingredients: malted barley, milk powder, sugar and cocoa.[

  • Agreed! -CCP

Wyze cameras phone home to China unfortunately.

  • Definitely still getting it. I'm on chrome for windows. I'd say it happens like 1/4 times i try to load a page.

  • Still happening to me.

  • Currently getting this issue. I have to reload the site to get things to load.

    400 Bad Request: rate_limit_error.

  • If you know it, why use it? Just move on.

  • Your kids aren't kids and probably understand the value of a good night's sleep in order to work the next day?

I generally don't go out on week nights especially not late because I want to get at least 7-8 hours of sleep or I'm a grumpy unproductive mess. My evenings I'm making dinner, getting ready for the next day, and trying to find an hour or two to relax before doing it all over again

  • With car stuff it's always "easy" in basic steps but it's the knowledge and expertise how to handle all the exceptions to the process that is why labour costs what it does.

There's tips and tricks for different car models but stuff like what to deal with a stuck bolt where even if I know what to do I probably don't have the right tools.

I'm not sure getting the tools is worth the once every few years job.

It's not too dissimilar from electronics work. Like laptop or cellphone repair. It's easy... But what's hard is troubleshooting when it all goes sideways on you.

  • Lol a tankie would never admit that. No threat of you getting called a tankie.

  • Me: mom can we get O?

Mom: we have O at home.

    O At home: O2

  • Yep knew some ppl who had it last month but I don't know any one with it lately

  • The MA1 specifically was out of stock for a while which lead to high prices on secondary markets. Like most secondary markets when the primary market supply goes up there's a bit of a lag before the prices fall down again.

  • There were a few months in my life where I was remembering my dreams and where I was able to start realizing i was dreaming and then I would start flying like Neo in the matrix.

But I don't really remember my dreams 99/100 nights and it's been that way most of my life. If you can't actually experience the dream you can't even start to lucid dream.

  • Not trying to prove you or anyone else wrong... that's a really odd and unnecessarily defensive take.

    It's just a discussion.

  • It's not really about eating the costs of doing business. A restaurant doesn't charge you $1 at the end of your bill for washing your fork, it's just part of the cost of serving the dish and so your Salmon Rice dish is $18 not $17.

The point is that the listed prices for services should either have these fees be built right into the price...as pretty much all businesses do...or if you're going to put it at the end of the bill then it needs to be clearly defined per FCC.

It's a transparency problem. Not only is your $60 cell phone bill not actually $60 but then they also don't tell you about the additional fees very well when they tack them on at the end. It's gotta be one or the other, not neither.
