Ppl are crazy for downvoting you. It's not like you shit on people for not being able to pay, or said anything about not wanting others to get help. I think a one time tax credit would be a great idea to get more people behind the idea of at least a partial loan forgiveness for everyone.

People keep talking about corporate real estate and how companies need ppl in offices or the value would crash. But wouldnt the company stand to benefit in the long run by just biting the bullet on the remainder of their lease, not renew, and go 100% remote? Or at least drastically downsize.

Would that not save millions in overhead, lease payments, etc into the future? Or do they have 30 year lease agreements or something?

I mean there's so many underlying issues with incels and trying to overcome learned helplessness is no small task. But an idea that helped me was that there is either a problem with me and what I'm doing, or there's a problem with all women. One of those issues I can take steps to try and improve, the other is completely out of my control and nothing I do will ever change that.

If you are incapable or unwilling to go through an honest introspection of yourself then things will never change for you imo.
