  • Yeah they... are not good parents. They always were more interested in drinking than in growing their kids. And they both try to make you feel miserable because they now have understood that they lost their children due to their own selfishness and ego.

When he tried to make me feel bad for almost dying in another country, it was the thing that snapped and made me cut the already thin ties completely.

  • Apparently, going from europe to america buying the ticket at last minute is very expensive, they also had to add the stay in the hotel for one of them. For what he said, he spent around 9k euro on that trip (odd, i paid around 1500 for two people). Still, he threw that to me to make me feel guilty of their shitty spending habits. It was some years ago, when our relationship was already ice cold.

They both are shitty parents and now they wonder why I don't talk to them.

  • Depends. If we take from when I was a kid? Probably something in the hundreds of thousands or even in the millions. I pirated pretty much everything because I lived in a very small town with no electronics shop so I couldn't even buy games.

However, in the last 8 years or so? I find that I rarely pirate games anymore. Bundles, steam sales and refunds allow me to buy without worrying about liking the game.

Music is also something I don't pirate anymore. I'm not one needing thousands of tracks, but rather a small and select collection. So I occasionally buy from bandcamp or other services so I can keep the music I want in my jellyfin server.

Films and shows are a different thing tho. At home whave netflix, so for most stuff we go there, but if something's not there, I'll pirate it. So... idk but... some hundreds? I'm not a fan of movies and most of the stuff I watch (which is not a lot) is on netflix.

  • I went on a trip to another country. Unfortunately, I had an accident (involving a fucking hurricane) that almost killed me.I had insurance so they covered all the medical expenses, including tickets and accomdations for one of my parents (aka: one of them could come free of charge). They decided that it was a good opportunity to visit the country since one was coming "for free" and they only had to pay for the other one.

Years later, my father told me that they are still paying the debt for the money they spent "because of me" when I had that accident so it was my fault they were in debt.

  • While I agree regulation must be enforced, let's not forget that if a kid is playing on a phone that has a credit card saved, is enterely their parents' fault.

And same if the kid has access to the card itself.

Laws to regulate lootboxes are a must, and I believe this kind of products should be treated as gambling. But FFS, it's your kid, take some responsibility on what they play and what they buy. A 10 years-old can't open a bank account or a credit card by themselves, so the card is their parents'. You are doing something very wrong as a parent if your kid can dispose of your credit cards unchecked and freely.

  • I'm starting to see more and more people saying things as "hitler did not finish the job" and images like these only make it worse. Israel is going down in a spiral towards nazism that makes more and more people be less concerned about being antisemitic.

Zionism is not hebraism, but the effort they are putting on making everyone believe so and the effort they are putting on appearing as nazis to the rest of the world, makes it difficult to feel empathy towards them if someone ever decides to go against them once again.

  • Ohhhh raytracing is required? Awesome, I can't play it so I guess I don't even have a reason to follow it for price drops. Oh well, Selaco's new campaign act is about to drop, I'll guess I will give it a rerun instead of playing doom.

  • The point is stop relying on American stuff so yeah, tax the hell out of them so we stop using their shit.

Tariffs are insane when Trump applies them, they are equally insane when Europe will apply them.

You seem to believe that you can talk with the orange turd. You can't. The only reasoning fascism understands is strength. You never win against fascist by "playing fair", you need to hit them as strong as you can and make sure they won't stand up; so tax, tax them so hard that not a single soul in europe wants to ever use an american service again and let the orange cunt be devoured by the oligarchs that control their country and dream of ruling the whole world.

It's about time we tell the US to fuck off for good.

  • Tax their services. Impose a tax per user account to the big tech of 20€ per month. If they don't comply, the tax is 20€ per each person in europe. Make their apps in the app store have to pay taxes (even if they are free) per each new download.

  • I'm not even american. And every time I can vote, I do against fascism. Because if I have to choose between a literal nazi and someone who's imperfect but it's not a nazi, I kinda prefer to be governed by the one that's not a nazi.

And since we are talking about genocide: remember that the turd YOU helped putting in the white house is allowing the zionazi to run wild and even think of annexing Gaza (after "cleansing" it).
