I have the GT parked in my garage. The options to turn off the sign recognition and change the cruise control limiter are under vehicle settings in my sync menu.
Yeah, it's a setting in the car infotainment system under connectivity.
You have like 4 options. One for each of the data types (so you can turn off cellular data but leave on GPS), and one to turn it all off. When it's all off there is no data being sent to or from the car at all.
Love how lemmy just downvotes cause they don't like that answer.
Also all these things he talks about you can just turn off lol.
Don't want the car to send data? Turn it off...
Don't want the speed limiter to be on? Turn it off...
Edit: lol why am I being downvoted? I'm right. Both are in car settings you can just turn off. Connectivity and speed limiter + traffic sign recognition.
Reading comments elsewhere, they kicked all the spectators out!
They ran out of staff for the actual race since it was so late in the morning? Meant that they couldn't safely operate, so some fans paid for a seat and only got to see 8 mins of track time before being told to leave.
The moment we learnt how to wear the skull n bones hat, it was tattooed into our brain.
We grew up from Napster, Limewire, edonkey, mIRC bots, mega upload, torrents... The list goes on. It was intoxicating the feeling of finding the newest, more reliable, faster, better way of pirating. We never forgot. But we started living on land because it was easier.
So once the land living came with advertising, and 15 different taxes wanting a cut...
The hesitation to set sail once again never existed.
Na the police play it like this to get the suspect to slip up.
They have done it a few times in the past where they have most evidence but need a slam dunk. The Jetstar pilot involved in the elderly couple camping remote for example.
They tell them they are not looking at them (but bug their house / car etc), then leak stuff to the media to spook them into talking or trying to hide evidence.
A few months later the police have already filled out all the paperwork for a slam dunk and make the arrest.
I too made a "no code" solution that looked like this... But to play poker online.
Screen reader software to read the cards. It took months to give it all the hands and positions to play from. It looked worse than this and ran on an old PC hidden under the stairs.
It paid for uni up until the point they added table captcha. I wasn't smart enough back then to solve that one.
My mum came to visit Melbourne a few years ago, she knew how to use her Miki and beeped on the tram where she needed to.
She got off the tram and they were waiting undercover. She thought she was getting robbed when one of them went to grab her arm and she elbowed him hard before he could identify haha. He fell, and got mad both she walloped him and that she had a valid beeped on card.
