Mine consides with yours, except it's a bit more techy. We'd still need someone to grow food for everyone on the planet, and that's where robots come in... and for everything else that is just tedious or repetitive to do. We'd also need central coordination regarding things like solar panel control, or nuclear power plant control, so a central AI will most probably dominate on all devices.
There is no currency, we have an advanced socialist society. We don't have polititians, we have "shamans" (people that guide the rest and keep the social piece, as well as uphold the values of the society). These people are not chosen by elections, they're groomed from youngsters to be leaders and embedded with the values this society upholds the most. Of course, they're carefully screened and chosen, based on certain tests that all children have to take, and scored on that (compassion and other highly valued human traits that are considered weaknesses in today's society, leadership skills, etc.).
Oh... well, in that case, I guess it's OK. I thought you guys ate that stuff regularly, like every day. Cuz I've tried it and I didn't like most of it... mainly because it was advertised as "compareable in taste to meat", which wasn't true IMO. I mean, if they just marketed it as "soy beans mashed with vegetables in a round form, which you can cook", yeah, I'd probably like it. But saying it tastes similar to meat... ummm, no, I'm sorry, that's just not true.
Hard to grasp as in, you're against animal cruelty, but still, you'd like to eat products that resemble meat... that's like me giving up sex with real people, but I decide just to use fuck dolls... am I really not having sex? Have you seen how lifelike some of these dolls can be?
Yeah, the external unit is the problem. In most cases, the switch/relay for the fan and the compressor are the one and the same, so if the fan doesn't work, the compressor probably doesn't work as well. If the compressor works, but the fan doesn't, you'll probably hear just a buzzing sound from the external unit. Still, it will cool, just a lot less. The fan is needed to draw the hot air from the raidiators, cool the colling liquid down and pass the cold liquid back to the internal unit, so it can use it to cool the air inside.
An AC is basically like a big energy exchange system. Draw energy (heat) from one end, release it at the other, but in order to do that, you need both fans and radiators to be present at both ends, cuz the heat exchanger in this case is air.
Arrr, that be in the land of the dead matie 🏴☠️.
