is there a community I can just rant in?

I know it's not the most engaging or thought provoking question, but I'm having a bad day and would really like to find a space to vent

Any number of the politics communities. That's what they all seem to be doing anyway.... /s.
I don't really care, rant here or make a general rant thread and see if it gets shut down. Then rant about it.
