I must not buy. Buying is the purse-killer. Buying is the little-dopamine that brings total bankruptcy. I will face my wishlist. I will permit the limited time sale to pass over me and through me. And when it has expired I will turn the inner eye to see it's impulses. When the mania has gone there will be nothing. Only $ will remain.

Me when steam sales
Me when steam sales from like 2010-2016. Since then, all the good old stuff I bought a decade ago and all the good new stuff still costs more than I could pay for it elsewhere.
it would be nice if I got to keep money I didnt spend, but it gets taken from me anyway, so why not buy another plushie
You could just save money that doesn't get arbitrarily taken from you.
…I gave into steam this time :(
At least I kept it under 100 this time ..
Sometimes, you gotta live your life and do some purchasing.
Yeah, me too. I also kept it under 100 new games this time around.
Clever. For me simply not being interested in buying stuff is sufficient.
My eyes! please use dark mode or text
Never gonna afford anything worth saving for so might as well spend each paycheque.
For some reason I imagine Caleb Hammer screaming a response to this.
Lol the caption said Caleb humbled that guest, but she definitely didn't give a fuck.
For those not familiar, this is a spoof on a quote from the book Dune by Frank Herbert: https://www.goodreads.com/work/quotes/3634639-dune
