Trees live over ground and use the below-ground parts as a straw. Is this Showerthoughts now?
- Trees live half under ground and half over the ground, using their appendages to live.
  
  I've never seen a tree do a kick flip or eat ice cream, so I can't agree that they're living.
Humans live under their skin and just use their eyes as a periscope

  The ass. Nutrients are absorbed in the roots and waste products are pushed out.

  I don't think that means the exact center. Just underneath the bark is also the inside.
Sounds more like mushrooms.
- Mushrooms are technically the fruit of the plant. It'd be more like they live underground and stick their junk in the air to jizz on the wind.
