Quebec lost 12k in total incentives. They're going to be the outlier with probably everyone down, but Tesla down the most. The differential between others and Tesla will give a better idea of how much impact Elon is.

I would have guessed higher. I would expect their US sales to be down half or more.

50% decline is honestly still too low.
Yeah, who is still buying?
Some people may have ordered in advance I guess? Plus there are always people who don't have a clue what is going on around them and another group which actually supports Elon.
Price sensitive consumers probably. Looking at EV prices here, you struggle to find better bang for your buck than the cheaper Teslas.
