Arrest made in killing of Colombian trans woman Sara Millerey González that was caught on video

Millerey González, 32, was raped, had her hands, arms, and legs broken, then was thrown into a stream in a deep ravine to drown in Colombia on April 4
Rather than helping, some witnesses recorded her on video trying in vain to escape the ravine and stream, which they later posted to social media.
What in the actual fuck. You see someone struggling to not drown and you just fucking film it??
- Sandra also said she was prevented from entering the fast-moving stream.
  Sounds like the people who committed this were still around and threatening people.
  Or it could be as simple as not being able to climb down the ravine and help, if you don't have rescue equipment.
- Not everyone is trained to save someone trapped in a fast-moving stream. If they were to try and rescue her then they would like drown with her.
  
  You guys should invent something like a 3 digit number, so OTHER people, preferably professionals, could help in such situations.
- Yeah it's a cultural problem but a similar murder occurred recently in the US. Whose culture are you touting as "evolved"? Have you seen the shit show that's going on?

Next up on the shitshow of a news cycle we'll see a headline like "President Frumph signed an executive order today to legalize the torture and murder of Trans people"

Mortifying. I feel so scared to exist. the idea of watching another being drown and choosing to not take action is horrid behavior.
