All other issues with this aside, what a collosal waste of money. Spending billions of dollars to remove millions of people from productive jobs and these people likely pay billions in taxes until they get detained and deported. Spending billions to lose trillions in future revenue.
Congress should have something to say about this. They used to control spending as recently as 4 months ago.
