Steampunk is the healthiest way to eat your punk.

- Not sure how you get that, because it's either fantasy or alt-history that usually sees the British Steam Empire as the bad guy but okay.

Imagine dressing every day in green clothes covered in microchips and LCDs and li-ion batteries

If everyone covered themselves in lithium ion batteries, gun fights in movies would get way more spectacular.

I don't see where horny comes into this. Steampunk is generally Victorian dress, teched up a bit.

Maybe it's just me, but when I think of steampunk, I imagine women wearing the bottom half of a dress and a corset. Usually corsets are worn under clothing and is similar to a bra. It doesn't help that lingerie is very similar in appearance to corsets

- I’m not gonna lie. I would watch the hell out of a show where wacky steam punk inventors find out about the unfortunate laws of physics and thermodynamics.

When breaking it down it down technology actually IS just hot water and clocks.

- Yeah, but think about it. Most energy nowadays comes from basically very hot water (steam) that runs through a turbine-driven generator. And integrated circuits are just very complex clocks.
Burn coal, make steam, use steam to turn tubine, generate electricity, transmit electricity, receive electricity, pump into alarm clock, vibrate crystal, count vibrations, tell time. Checks out.
- So basically modern day technology is Steampunk?
