I mean, if he somehow championed and ushered in a single payer healthcare system, it might offset the awful shit being done elsewhere. He won't, but that's because "MAHA" is doing as much to make America healthy as "MAGA" is doing to make America great.
If we make it through this, every republican needs to pay for what they've done to the world. No republican should be considered credible on anything ever again. I'd prefer some sort of legal process, but I won't be upset if one of the other boxes is used instead.

Even if the EPA was functioning perfectly he’s basically stopping development on the most advanced vaccine technology publicly available these days. He’s encouraging the spread of measles, and bird flu.
I don’t get it, were there people who thought he would improve health? Because even if he wasn’t batshit, starting off as an anti-vaxxer is pretty much impossible to overcome
