"I've been laid off before different times over the years, and nobody really [cared] about my feelings or anything like that," said the poll respondent, who is not a government worker

Luckily tho the new DNC chair seems to understand that, and rather then yelling at Dem voters to stick their head in the sand, he's out there going on local news in red/purple districts talking directly to voters. 9 years of only paying attention to the presidency and robbing state parties seems to finally be over.
