Mental health crisis ‘means youth is no longer one of happiest times of life’

I've no idea how this crisis actually plays out.
This is a crisis. A large crisis. In fact, if you got a moment, it's a twelve-storey crisis with a magnificent entrance hall, carpeting throughout, 24-hour portage, and an enormous sign on the roof, saying 'This Is a Large Crisis'. A large crisis requires a large plan. Get me two pencils and a pair of underpants.
(Blackadder quote from series 4)
When I was a teen, you at most compared yourself to your school peers, and knew that university degree could get you a foot in the door at a company somewhere.
Now? No hope of a permanent job, no hope of an affordable uni, no hope of stable housing, and frequent exposure to apps that promote richer/luckier peers to compare yourself to.
Dont blame them in the slightest for their hopelessness.
Don't have to be young to be hopeless for all those reasons.
