They could ask the Russian VDV about that, they allegedly dropped 50 paratroopers in the Black Sea at the start of the invasion.

Ukraine could help NK with free fertilizer now that I think about it. Every few hours they would have a plane dropping ruzzians as required.

South probably never planned to, but soon they could invade and unify the country, which would also stop North troops to be sent to Ukraine. 🤔
SK doesn't even want to look at the mess that's going on at the North of their border.
Probably the only actual boon from unification would be a bit more of mountainous frigid space and lots of rocky coast. Because unfucking what's been going on for the last eighty-odd years would make Germany's unification a Disney holiday.
I'm sure not having a crazy government with nukes and artillery pointed at their capital would be a non-trivial benefit.

NK has about 1,300,000 active duty military personell and another 7 million reservists. They are unfortunately not going to run out any time soon.
