Why limit it to just entrances? Zack Snyder made 90% of his Rebel Moon movies slow mo!
Slightly more serious answer is that when I think slow mo, I still don't think just entrances. I think Bullet Time from the Matrix. Which Blade and probably some others actually did first.
And finally, answering your "entrances" question directly, I lol at the slow rise out of the water by Ursula Andreas in Dr. No, Halle Berry in Die Another Day and finally Daniel Craig in Casino Royale.
